I haven't been to yoga in two days because I have had to be at work and they were closed on Christmas, but I just don't feel like myself. I'm all squishy and feel like crap (ie crawling back into bed and eating everything in sight). My back is killing me and my boss doesn't take to kindly of me laying on the floor in my office because that is the only thing that makes my back feel better. Thank goodness I get to go back today at 6:00 and then back in at 6 tomorrow morning. Maybe then I will start to get the chi a flowing and some sense of normalcy.
Well I must be going to run some errands, then it's off to yoga.
